Because our formulations are crafted in deliberate, artisanal small batches to preserve botanical freshness, product availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities, retire formulations, or update product availability without prior notice.

If an item in your order becomes temporarily unavailable following order placement, our concierge team will notify you promptly to offer a formulation substitute, back-order scheduling, or an immediate refund for the unavailable item.

All prices displayed on the storefront are denominated in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless an international currency toggle is specifically selected. Prices represent the product cost only and do not include separate shipping fees, which are calculated based on destination location.

We endeavor to ensure all pricing information is accurate; however, in the rare event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders placed at the erroneous price, notifying you prior to processing.

When you complete the checkout process on our website, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your request.

Nigeria Orders (Two-Step Flow)

1. Product Payment: You complete payment for your selected formulations on the website.
2. Delivery Fee Calculation: Our dispatch team calculates your exact delivery fee based on weight, parcel volume, and state/city destination.
3. Concierge Contact: We contact you via WhatsApp or phone with your courier fee and delivery schedule.
4. Dispatch: Upon delivery payment, your package is dispatched with courier tracking.

For orders delivering outside Nigeria, shipping costs are quoted on an individual basis via DHL Express or reputable global couriers.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. All customs fees, taxes, and import clearances are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Your satisfaction with our botanical hair care is important to us. All returns, replacements, and refund claims are governed by our dedicated Returns & Refunds Policy.

Due to health, cosmetic hygiene, and product integrity standards, opened cosmetic bottles, scalp droppers, and jars generally cannot be returned once unsealed, unless arrived damaged or defective. Please inspect packages immediately upon arrival.

Customers must read and follow the instructions, ingredient listings, and safety warnings provided on each product label and packaging box.

• All formulations are strictly for external cosmetic use only.
• Avoid direct contact with eyes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water.
• We strongly advise conducting a 24-hour patch test before introducing any new hair oil, butter, or cleanser into your routine.
• Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort develops.
